The Client

A specialist physiotherapist with no digital presence — and a practice ready to grow.

Meera Joshi is an HCPC-registered women's health physiotherapist based in the Midlands, UK. She specialises in pregnancy, birth recovery, and postpartum care — a niche where the demand is huge but most practitioners rely entirely on word of mouth and have nothing online that converts visitors into bookings.

When we started working together Meera had the expertise, the credentials, and a clear mission — "Your Body Isn't Broken. It's Asking For Care." What she did not have was a digital platform that could represent that mission, take bookings, sell courses, run events, and follow up with leads automatically.

We built the entire thing from scratch.

What I Built

Every part of the digital business — not just a website.

This was not a design project. It was a full business infrastructure build — every revenue stream, every automation, every page needed to work together as one system.

🌐
WordPress Website
Full site built on WordPress with Elementor — homepage, about, 6 service pages, FAQ, reviews, contact, and legal pages. GDPR compliant, UK-hosted, mobile optimised. Stripe payment integration for booking and product purchases.
📚
Course Platform
Course infrastructure built and ready inside WordPress. Course archive page live with enrollment flow connected to GHL. Meera can add and publish courses without any developer involvement.
📅
Events System
Events pages built and connected to booking flow. First event — The Postpartum Reset Workshop at WOW Family Hub, Birmingham — was live with ticketing at £35 per session, 90-minute format, mums-only, limited spaces.
🛍️
Shop Infrastructure
Shop page built and ready for launch. Product infrastructure in place. Meera's shop focuses on postpartum recovery support products — positioned around the brand's "More than products — it's about support" message.
🎯
Lead Generation System
Free Postpartum Recovery Cheat Sheet built as a lead magnet. Opt-in form embedded on the free resources page. Every download feeds directly into the GHL pipeline and triggers the lead nurture sequence automatically.
⚙️
GHL Automation
GoHighLevel connected to the WordPress site for CRM, booking automation, lead follow-up, appointment reminders, and post-session review requests. The practice runs on autopilot between Meera and her clients.
The Services

Six service offerings — each with its own page, pricing, and booking flow.

Every service had its own dedicated page with clear outcome-focused copy, structured pricing packages, and a direct booking CTA connected to GHL. No generic contact forms — every page converted visitors into booked sessions.

GHL Automation

What happens automatically — without Meera lifting a finger.

GoHighLevel was connected to the WordPress site so every lead, booking, and client interaction triggered the right follow-up automatically. Meera spends her time with clients — not chasing enquiries or sending reminders manually.

Automated Workflows — GHL Connected to WordPress
01
Lead Magnet to Nurture Sequence
When someone downloads the Free Postpartum Recovery Cheat Sheet, they enter GHL automatically. A nurture sequence follows — introducing Meera, sharing what each service covers, and presenting a soft offer to book a session. Every download becomes a warm lead in the pipeline.
02
Booking Confirmation & Reminders
When a client books a session through the website, GHL fires a confirmation email immediately, a reminder 24 hours before, and a reminder 2 hours before. No-shows get a recovery message with a rebook link. Everything runs without Meera doing anything manually.
03
Post-Session Follow-Up & Review Request
After each session, an automated follow-up goes out checking in on how the client is feeling and sharing a simple exercise or tip. A review request fires at the right time — not too soon, not too late — which is how Mums Physiotherapy built its 4.5-star review base.
04
Event Registration & Reminder Flow
When someone registers for an event like The Postpartum Reset Workshop, GHL fires a confirmation, a reminder 48 hours before, and a reminder the morning of the event. Post-event follow-up offers a relevant service package based on what the attendee came for.
05
Course Enrollment Automation
When a client purchases access to a course, GHL grants access, fires a welcome email with login details, and triggers a check-in sequence at key points in the course journey to keep engagement and completion rates high.
06
Re-engagement for Inactive Clients
Clients who completed a package but have not rebooked after 6 to 8 weeks get a gentle re-engagement message — checking in on their progress and introducing the next stage of their recovery journey. This keeps the client relationship alive without manual outreach.

The Key Insight

Why healthcare practitioners need more than a website.

Most physiotherapists have a website that lists their services and shows a contact form. That is where the technology stops. The gap between "someone found me online" and "someone booked a session and showed up" is entirely manual — phone calls, WhatsApp messages, reminder texts sent by hand.

What we built for Mums Physiotherapy closes that gap completely. Every touchpoint in the client journey is automated — from the first download of the cheat sheet to the post-session review request. Meera does not need to remember to follow up, send reminders, or chase enquiries. The system does it.

The result is a practice that can grow without Meera working more hours. New clients come in through the lead magnet, book through the website, get reminded automatically, and leave reviews that bring in the next client. The system is self-reinforcing.

"A healthcare practitioner's time is too valuable to spend chasing leads and sending reminders manually. The system should do that so the practitioner can focus entirely on the client in front of them."
— Sheik Oli, on building systems for healthcare practitioners
