Website and Platform Builds — Sheik Oli | WordPress and GoHighLevel
Service · Website and Platform Builds

A website that looks good
but captures nothing
is just a brochure.

Every website I build is connected to your CRM from day one. Every visitor captured. Every booking automated. Every lead followed up. Built on WordPress or GoHighLevel — and handed over so your team can manage it independently.

How It Works

From brief to launch —
every step documented.

01
Discovery and brief
We go through what the website needs to do — not what it needs to look like. Who visits it, what action they should take, what happens when they do. This brief drives every design and build decision. A website without a clear conversion goal is decoration.
First
Goal-first — not design-first
02
Structure and sitemap
Every page is mapped out before a single line of code is written. What pages exist, what each page does, how they connect to each other, and which ones feed into GHL. This avoids building pages that nobody visits and missing pages that actually convert visitors.

03
Build on WordPress + Elementor Pro
WordPress with Elementor Pro is the build standard for all service business sites. It gives your team the ability to update content, add pages, and change copy without needing a developer. I set up the theme, design system, and page templates — then hand it over so it is truly yours to manage. GHL landing page builder used for campaign-specific pages where needed.

04
Connect every form and booking to GHL
Every contact form, booking button, lead magnet download, and event registration on the website connects to GoHighLevel via embed or webhook. Every visitor who takes an action enters your CRM pipeline automatically — tagged with the page they converted on. No leads fall through cracks from the website.

05
Tracking and SEO setup
Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console all installed and verified before launch. SEO basics configured — page titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, sitemap submitted, robots.txt set. Every page has a clear title tag and description written for both search engines and humans.

06
Test, launch, and hand over with full SOP
Every form tested, every CRM integration verified, every page checked on mobile and desktop before launch. After launch a full SOP document explains how to add pages, update content, manage forms, and see where leads are coming from. A walkthrough call happens before handover — your team leaves knowing exactly how to use everything.

Common Questions

What clients ask before
we start building.

Do I need to already have WordPress hosting?
No. If you do not have hosting, I advise on the right host for your traffic level and set it up. WordPress, Elementor Pro, and any required plugins are installed and configured as part of the build. Hosting and plugin costs are owned by you directly — typically a few thousand rupees per year.
Can my team update the website after handover?
Yes — that is the whole point of building on WordPress and Elementor Pro. Your team can update text, images, add new pages, and change layouts without touching code. The SOP covers exactly how to do this. If you need a developer for anything complex, that is available at an hourly rate.
Do you do design — or just technical build?
Both. I design and build. You provide your brand guidelines — logo, colours, fonts if you have them — and I apply a consistent design system across every page. If you do not have branding yet, I work with a clean professional dark or light design system and we define your brand direction together before the build starts.
Can you migrate an existing website?
Yes. If you have an existing site that needs to be redesigned, rebuilt, or migrated to a new host — I handle the migration, redirect setup, and SEO preservation as part of the project. Nothing gets lost and your search rankings are protected during the transition.
How long does a website build take?
A standard 5-10 page service business website takes 2-3 weeks from approved brief to launch. A full course platform with payment integration and automation takes 4-6 weeks. Timeline depends on how quickly content and approvals are provided — I give you a clear schedule in the proposal.
What if I just need a landing page for a campaign?
Single landing pages are available as a standalone build — typically for a specific ad campaign, webinar registration, or lead magnet. These are built in GHL or WordPress depending on what is faster and most connected to your existing setup. Scoped and priced separately from a full site build.
